Grand Opening This Weekend!
After years of dreaming, planning, and hard work, Shaker Rocks is officially ready to open its doors to you! We’re throwing a huge grand opening party this Saturday, May 18, from 5-9pm, and we can’t wait to meet you. Whether you eat 5.14’s for breakfast or struggle climbing out of bed in the morning, we’ve got something you’ll love here.
In addition to northeast Ohio’s best indoor rock climbing, we’ve got some crazy fun planned for our grand opening. We’ll have barbecue cooked up at 6pm by Ian, contests, raffles, trivia, belayers ready to help you out, and amazing prizes from local businesses as well as from Petzl, Metolius, Friction Labs, and more.
Climbing is open all day beginning at 9am, but the festivities launch at 5pm. Standard admission rates apply. Raffle proceeds will benefit The Access Fund, Climbers Against Cancer, and The Shaker Rocks Youth Scholarship Fund.

Free parking is available everywhere: our parking lot, the Van Aken garage, the Thornton Park lot, and street parking on Farnsleigh, Halworth, and Helen Rd. (Please do not park in spaces reserved for Golfview tenants.)
