Yoga Classes

Our instructors bring vast experience, knowledge, and passion for the practice to each and every class they teach. And there’s something for everyone. From low-intensity Slow Flow, gentle and restorative Yin to Strong Flow classes designed to challenge your strength and endurance, there’s a class for everyone every day.

We also provide mats, blocks, and blankets at no additional cost so all you need to bring is some motivation and maybe a towel. You are welcome to bring your own mat as well.

Strong Flow Yoga

Monday - Friday at 6:00pm | Saturday @ 8:00am

Strong Flow yoga links body movement with breath to create a dynamic flow of poses. This is a vigorous, detoxifying, strength-based class, working the body to the core, building flexibility, and endurance

Slow Flow Yoga

Sunday @ 8:00am & 9:30am

Slow Flow is a creative, therapeutic flow designed to bring balance to the body and the mind through holding poses and exploring what each pose has to offer you. When we slow down we relax the nervous system, we focus on our breath and we become stronger mentally and physically.

YIN yoga

Wednesday @ 7:30pm

Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body – the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks. A Yin class usually consists of a series of passive floor poses held for up to 5 minutes or more. These poses mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues.

Beginner Yoga

First Tuesday of the month @ 7:30pm

Specifically designed for new students, this class offers a warm, welcoming environment where everyone else is new to yoga too. You will be given a brief background of Yoga, taken through step-by-step guidance on the foundational postures and how to make “modifications” or adjustments to fit your needs and abilities.

Arm Balances Workshop (Square)

Yoga Workshop

One Saturday per month 10:30am - 12:30pm

This workshop is accessible for students of all skill levels. You will learn the very basics of arm balancing and how props can be supportive in your poses. No matter where you are in your arm balance practice, there will be something for you to learn and practice. Don't miss out on this informative workshop!
