Our instructors bring vast experience, knowledge, and passion for the practice to each and every class they teach. And there’s something for everyone. From low-intensity Slow Flow, gentle and restorative Yin to Strong Flow classes designed to challenge your strength and endurance, there’s a class for everyone every day.
We also provide mats, blocks, and blankets at no additional cost so all you need to bring is some motivation and maybe a towel. You are welcome to bring your own mat as well.

Slow Flow is a restorative, therapeutic, deep stretch for climbers. It is designed to bring balance to the body and the mind. When we slow down we relax the nervous system. We focus on our breath, become stronger mentally, and physically, giving your body an opportunity to recover.
Private yoga sessions provide a wonderful way to get personalized attention based on your needs, develop confidence to join group classes, learn how to modify while healing an injury, and develop better body awareness.
You'll work 1:1 with an experienced private yoga instructor, who will tailor the yoga class to your specific needs and goals.

Bodyweight, resistance exercises, HIIT, and Pilates provide a total body workout. If you want to improve your climbing, core strength, body awareness, and overall strength and endurance this class has what you need.
