Climbing and Yoga go hand in hand when working on balance, flexibility, strength, and focus. All yoga classes are included with a membership or day pass.Y

Slow Vinyasa

Do you have too much going on in your head? Slow down your thoughts and calm yourself down with breathing exercises, a short-seated meditation and slow flowing and stretching yoga. We will end with long, guided savasana, leaving you refreshed and energized.

Duration: 1 hour

Power Flow

Move and breathe through a vinyasa class that will challenge you to your degree.

Duration: 1 hour


Alignment & Posture

If you want to know what to do to reduce all that tension in your shoulders and low back, come to this yoga class. Your mother was right when she nagged you to stand up straight! We will relax, stretch and strengthen specific areas of your body so you can stand and move with more power and ease.

Duration: 1 hour


Yoga for Climbers & Core

Your core goes all around your midsection, so we will work all 360 degrees. We’ll start with some sun salutations and flow to warm up your body and then we will concentrate on poses to strengthen your abdominals, obliques and low back. You will feel this!
