We've partnered up with Up ENDing Parkinson's to host Parkinson's Climbing Meet Ups, every Wednesday from 11:00 AM - 1 PM. We believe rock climbing can - through careful exercise, education and community - improve the quality of life for people living with Parkinson's Disease. There is no cost of admission and we will provide all appropriate gear and instruction.

It is shoe demo season! On September 18th from 5-8pm, a representative from Scarpa will be in the gym. During the demo, you will be able to try out a whole lineup of different Scarpa shoes. Fall Clinic is a workshop for lead climbers to help them build confidence on the wall through controlled fall practice. We all know that the fear of falling can often be the biggest crux on a route. The goal of this workshop is to cultivate a greater access to flow and, ultimately, increase your joy in climbing. During this 3-hour clinic we will go over fall practice on lead. Together, let's work out the beta of our minds!
