Yoga Classes

Our instructors bring vast experience, knowledge, and passion for the practice to each and every class they teach. We provide mats, blocks, and blankets at no additional cost.

Strong Flow Yoga

Strong Flow yoga links body movement with breath to create a dynamic flow of poses. This is a vigorous, detoxifying, strength-based class, working the body to the core, building flexibility and endurance for climbers.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow is a restorative, therapeutic, deep stretch for climbers. It is designed to bring balance to the body and the mind.

Strong Flow Yoga with Light Weights

Implementing light weights into the practice, Strong Flow yoga links body movement with breath to create a dynamic flow of poses. This is a vigorous, detoxifying, strength-based class, working the body to the core, building flexibility, and endurance for climbers.

Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga sessions provide a wonderful way to get personalized attention for your individual needs.  Develop confidence to join group classes, learn how to modify poses while healing an injury, and develop better body awareness. You'll work one-on-one with an experienced yoga instructor, who will tailor the session to your specific needs and goals.

Private Yoga

Private sessions are perfect for beginners to start their practice on a strong foundation or seasoned practitioners to stretch their practice beyond the general yoga classroom.

With private lessons, you can get a unique yoga experience with sessions on your schedule, allowing you to seamlessly fit yoga into your life.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, have physical or mental limitations, or just want extra care, private lessons are catered to you and your specific needs. During these sessions, we set goals of what we want to work on and make plans on how we can get where we’d like to go.

Cost: $70/hour
*Day passes and rental gear are not included with private yoga.

Climber’s Conditioning

Get a full-body workout with bodyweight and resistance exercises, HIIT, and Pilates.  If you want to improve your climbing, core strength, body awareness, and overall strength and conditioning, this class is exactly what you need.

Core for Climbers

Core strength is vital for all-around athletic performance and remains one of the most important aspects to improving your climbing ability. This 20-minute class focuses on core strengthening and endurance.
