There is a New Rock Climbing Gym in Shaker Heights

For aspirant American Ninja Warriors or fans of last year’s butt-clenching climbing documentary Free Solo, (and/or the Netflix original doc The Dawn Wall), a new rock gym has opened in Northeast Ohio. 

Shaker Rocks is located in Shaker Heights on Warrensville Center Road, across the street from the new Van Aken District and next to the Shaker Heights city pool. It’s open to both novice and experienced climbers, which means you don’t have to be Alex Honnold to strap in.
