The health of our staff and customers has been, and will continue to be our #1 priority throughout this pandemic. The following protocols have been implemented with guidance from the CDC and the Ohio Department of Health.

COVID-19 Policy Updates

Effective august 4:

We are very sad to announce that Cuyahoga County has moved into the “Substantial” risk category for COVID-19.  As always, Shaker Rocks follows CDC guidelines to help protect our community and keep everyone healthy. Therefore, beginning August 4, masks will be required at all times while at Shaker Rocks, regardless of vaccination status.

PLEASE NOTE that we will continue to require you to check in and out of our facility. Our people-counter will remain active on our website so that visitors can monitor how many people are in our gym and decide whether or not they are comfortable coming in at that time.

STAFF POLICies

Stay home if not 100% healthy

    1. Wash hands before entering, exiting, and before and after eating.
    2. No personal belongings at the front desk.
    3. Wear a mask if working directly with youth
    4. Avoid touching your face.
    5. Keep shoes at gym for gym only.
    6. Distance 6 feet from others wherever possible.
    7. Sanitize hands after handling cash, products, and boulder passes.
    8. Sanitize high touch surfaces every 2 hours.
