Taste of Climbing
Wondering what this whole climbing thing is all about? Come find out with a Taste of Climbing! For one hour a Shaker Rocks staff member will show you the ropes (yes, pun intended). They’ll get you set up with gear, run you through orientation, teach you how to use the autobelays, belay you on the tall walls, and guide you through bouldering.

- Rental gear is included.
- This offering is intended for people (ages 4 and up) with no climbing experience.
- It also has a purchase limit of one time only; climbers may not participate in multiple Taste of Climbings.
- This offering does not include a day pass. If you would like to stay and climb beyond the duration of the scheduled hour you may purchase a discounted day pass at the front desk following your session. Gear will be included in your day pass for that day.
- Refund Policy: 24-hour advance notice BY PHONE is required for refund or rescheduling. No shows, late notice, or notice by email will result in a forfeit of the amount paid. No exceptions.
